Athletic clinched the title with a hard earned win against Afwee Urban.

Afwee started with just 6 players and were soon 2-0 down thanks to two fine goals by Jake O'Brien, the first from a thunderous free kick and the second a fine shot from outside the box beating the keeper low to his right.

Tarik Maizi scored a fine 3rd goal with agreat shot from just short of the half way line before the break.

Afwee provided a threat and were always dangerous, but Ross Sutton in goal made some fine saves as the defence with Ryan Green and jason Akiotu again superb, before Tarik scored his 2nd goal of the game to seal a 4-0 win and the B Division title.

Celebrations followed at the final whistle and it is hopefully the first leg of the double as Athletic are due to play Coulsdon Athletic in the cup final on May 11th.

Well done Rams- a fantastic season continues

Jason O'Brien as manager deserves special credit for his work this season, after relegation last year,Rams have bounced back and proved how good they are.
